CSI: Numbers That Talk

CSI is a leader in B2B payment automation for large organizations worldwide. They create virtual Visa cards that replace less sustainable payment methods like checks. The 3% interest charge is split between the card issuer, CSI, and the client. in the form of a rebate on every single transaction. 

We were tasked with consolidating all spend and rebate data into one place. A smart dashboard that was intelligent enough to recommend actions to help optimize the virtual payment configuration of these companies. A place where customizable and well-designed reports were a couple of clicks away. 

Traditional dashboards don't tell us the why. Our users are CFOs of massive companies who already have a dizzying amount of data to look at each day. They don't need another mission control experience. 

Our objective was to translate the incoming data into a narrative. Our guiding principle was in the form of a question: "What would a smart, human assistant say to me?"
