LiveFyre (Adobe Experience) offers a suite of enterprise social asset management and publishing tools used by fortune 500 brands and publishers all over the world. I lead an effort with a team of amazing designers and researchers to dream up LiveFyre Studio's evolution of products.
Our research was used to align all internal teams to build a unified understanding of the problems and solutions we were proposing. We translated our findings into valuable insights the teams could act on.
Design the "Informed Workflow"
After dozens of interviews, we became more familiar with the struggles of the marketer. We then plotted their workflows in daily, weekly, and monthly paths.
Once we defined a general idea of their workflows we were able to identify opportunities where LiveFyre Studio could help relieve their workflow pains.
Some brands have an unimaginable amount of social assets to manage. Giving them a centralized place to organize things was at the very least digital anxiety relief. (Kevin Wong - Design)
